As we embark on the journey of holistic fitness training, more often than not, the follow-through for some exercise programs is missing.  Not wanting to repeat the mistakes of such other programs, HealthFirst is offering a mentorship program for aspiring coaches for Flowfit, Tacfit and Clubbells certifications an opportunity to learn from experienced and qualified coaches who developed our proprietary MFTC program.
