This week’s WOW – 90/30 x 5 x 2

1. Perform exercise 1 for 90 secs and rest for 30 secs.

2. Follow the same timing for exercise 2 – 5 to complete the set.

3. You are required to complete 2 sets

4. Perform RECOVERY BREATHING during the 30 secs rest time.



Recommendation:
Begin the session with joint mobility drills as your warm-up before performing WOW, and compensate with progressive yoga poses after WOW.
